Bike Diaries follows four friends who endeavor to cross the Apennine Mountains on their mountain bikes, to reach the seacoast of Italy’s Liguria region. The ride traverses through deep backwoods, across streams, and through technical sections that have never seen a bike before.

Part 3 follows the three riders as they finish the final stretch through the Apennines, and make their way to the shores of Portofino to close out the bikepacking adventures.
