Thai army: ‘We are neutral’ – BBC News

The Thai army has told the BBC it remains neutral following Thursday’s coup and that it only intends to hold political leaders for one week. Colonel Werachon Sukhondhadhpatipak told BBC World TV’s Lucy Hockings why the army had detained so many political officials.
