John Maddox Prize 2012

The John Maddox Prize recognises the work of individuals who promote sound science and evidence on a matter of public interest, facing difficulty or hostility in doing so. It is a joint initiative of the science journal Nature, and the charity Sense About Science. Professor Simon Wessely and Fang Shi-min are the two winners of the inaugural John Maddox Prize for Standing up for Science 2012.
