Santa Cruz entrepreneur Tyler Fox dedicates his time to running his business, staying fit, and tracking red dots on the swell radar. Those red dots usually mean 25+ foot swell, and when those swells swing through Half Moon Bay, home of the infamous wave known as “Mavericks”, that means gametime for Mr. Fox. On the surface, he’s your average 9-5er…he just happens to dedicate his spare time to challenging Mother Nature in one of her most ultimate forms.
