A cutting-edge exoskeleton designed by a Brazilian neuroscientist has been featured as part of the 2014 Fifa World Cup opening ceremony.

Paraplegic Juliano Pinto gave the first kick to Brazuca, the official World Cup ball, by donning an Iron Man-like robotic suit controlled by brain signals.
