Microsoft has unveiled the Surface Pro 3 – a bigger-screened, faster Windows 8 tablet than its predecessor.
The firm is pitching it as a replacement for a laptop – comparing it at a press conference to Apple’s MacBook Air rather than the iPad.
The BBC’s Michelle Fleury tried out the device in New York and quizzed Microsoft’s chief executive Satya Nadella about his hardware strategy.
